The American Legal System has failed…
A legal system has been allowed to evolve wherein unbridled corruption, moral turpitude, lack of efficacy, and a complete absence of accountability, is denying the rule of law and any hope of justice to the American People.
Without the reliance on an independent Court System committed to delivering the Due Process of Law, the Constitution’s promise of Inalienable Rights and the expectation to live your life in the Pursuit of Happiness, is nothing more than a myth.
The Legal System no longer serves these ideals; instead serving the interests of those entrusted with the power. The desire to escape a similar system gave birth to this Nation.
It’s time to recognize that the true Strength of America rests in its people, and by coming together and fighting to reform the Legal System, we can rebuild America.
The storm clouds brewing across America have recently unleashed a downpour of unrest and dissatisfaction with the lack of support by government agencies across the land. A government built by the people and for the people has been misappropriated by those in charge. Justice has evolved into a for-profit scheme operated for the benefit of those entrusted with power…at the cost of desperate people’s lives.
Imagine…if you can…cherishing the hallowed promise of America’s freedom, only to end up living on the street through no fault of your own. A product of an arrogant legal system that has no empathy for its victims. With no where to turn, no hope, no recovery…nothing but a Sign as you surrender your dignity to a world where no one who hasn’t experienced it understands enough to care. The superiority of others is a comforting illusion, but the storm is brewing, and the cruel winds of indifference will engulf you and yours as well…but by then it will be too late.
The strength of a nation lies within its people. The story of America teaches that the origin of a great nation lies within the spirit of the population, sustained by a government accountable to the people, and a great nation stems not from its leaders, but from its citizens, the salt of the earth. Our fore-fathers fled a country serving the privileged few, at the expense of the many, and history demonstrates that the nature of power motivates the evolution of a system serving the needs of the powerful. The promise of the American Dream is lost if this is allowed to continue.
“Once I was like you”…reaping the benefits of a lifetime of work, caring for my family, carefully saving for a future, and serving the nation as the hero of my own story, but America has squandered its promise in a callous preponderance of corruption and indifference.
Without expending the effort to change the legal system the American Dream is Lost.

Our focus today rests upon two families embroiled in a seventeen year legal ordeal stemming from their attempt to pursue their American Dream by building their own homes. Successful and capable, a minor legal dispute, combined with alarming behavior on the part of several lawyers, each unethical, self-serving, and indifferent to the horrific impact their behavior heaped upon their clients, has defined the very meaning of American Dream Lost.
